Pesto Recipe
Ingredients:
2-3 cups of fresh basil (found in BMC Garden’s Herb Spiral)
½ cup of olive oil
¼ cup of pine nuts
2 garlic cloves
½ cup of parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
Combine basil, garlic, and pine nuts in a blender until chopped. Add oil and blend again until smooth. Blend in cheese and salt. Top with about a ½ of an inch of olive and set in the fridge to chill!
